Another FFXIV crash thread

Do anyone that isn't underspec has the problem that the retail version crashed when it is updating or trying to load the ffxiv.exe?

As mentioned before, my friend's new mac pro unable to load the OB before. We were hoping they solve the particular problem in retails, however, we still having the similar problem with the retails...

The mac pro spec is

2.4GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon “Westmere” processors
12GB memory
ATI Radeon HD 5770 xfire

is FFXIV even mac compatible? or you running it through bootcamp/WINE whatever its called nowadays? definetly some sort of compatibility problem cause it opened fine on my old P4 + AGP graphics system.

It will not work on any mac. Even if running windows.
