Is the whole surplus exp thing just invisible now?
My exp bar for weapon occasionally turns green and then goes back to white. I'm just assuming that the surplus exp system is now invisible rather than an individual actually getting surplus exp.
It's a shame if this is true because all that on Square Enix guy was bitch that people shouldn't speculate. Now instead he just made it semi-transparent so people can invisibly be affected by the same system rather than adjusting it?
