Hello! Let’s all tread together the treacherous path of the final day of the work week joined by some great music!

This week's new hotness in the musical department comes from Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensw... *dodges tomatoes* I LIKE IT, OK? *AHEM* Heavensward.

With the release of the Alexander raid came a couple of new tracks, but the one I like the most is the one that plays during the boss battles for the first three floors (Oppressor, the Goblin Squad, Pepsiman*). I'm not even sure this track has made its name public; all I need to know is that it is amazing. The lyrics are pretty cool and go with the machine theme.

*Sorry, not sorry.

The theme for the final battle in the final floor (so far) is different and I've grown fond of it during this week, but still not as much as this one. I like it almost as much as I like the dungeon boss theme from a while back. Overall, Heavensward's OST has been a triumph.
