I realize that, but my statement was more general. You stated that he didn't even have a 7 hit which leads me to believe he was /sam. Generally when a 2H job is /nin they are utilized for survivability rather than x-hit. I understand he was a gimp.

Not the worst Abyssea I've ever done (this one averaged about 30k/hour, and I've done ones that time out at like 10k/hour), since by the time we called it a night we still had 100+ minutes left on the clock, but it certainly wasn't in part due to these people:

I actually bothered to check them several times each to make sure it was all actually fulltimed, too (yes, even that Nexus Cape). That DRK is wearing a belt with acc/att+5. Really is the new Campaign.

Said before but DRK/DRG/PLD unless your running Dusk+1 or something like that. Also best combo for the newer players that don't have Haidate for WAR and SAM but the big problem is keeping your six hit. Although Keito only requires Rajas+Brutal for 6 hit so if they are getting the proper GKT it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Assuming the +5 stp this works. (No coffee and I'm prone to look at weapons before seeing the augments.)

But doing a 6-hit on this seems a bad choice. 5-hit is very doable (and you don't need both usu body feet, although the feet are more or less critical.)

This is true, I use a Sword Strap to take it down to 450 delay and still keep my six hit though, all that takes is Rajas+Brutal+Keito.

According to my math Rose Strap, Hachiman hands, ACP body with STP+4, Chiv Chain and ecphoria ring would give you a five hit. Assuming Brutal/Rajas of course. So it's doable. Unless someone can think of a better build.

For TP your sacrificing 3% Haste from hands, -3% Delay from Sword Strap, and some minor Acc/Atk from the body and throwing.

For WS your sacrificing 8 STR (Being that I do not have Hachiryu Haidate). If gil was no issue than Hachiryu Sune-ate+1 would be a better trade off than hands I assume but since those are 5m+ on my server, no thanks.
