So my fiance was using the mobile authenticator and the dumb ass guy at ATT did a factory reset on her iPhone so now she's locked out of WoW.
We've emailed blizzard but they're slow as shit as usual. Finally got an email back asking for the serial number of the authenticator.. which we cant provide because its been wiped out.
If we cant supply that then she has to supply Security Question, WoW login name, and the ORIGINAL security keys.. Which are long gone by now
we know the rest and faxed in the form on blizzards site to get the aut/henticator removed, should that be enough? anybody else have this happen to them before
