Known the guy for several years. Wouldn't say we are the best of buddies but ive been in and out of Getstuffdone and social linkshells with him for a lot if that time. Can't speak for his gear because i only recently started playing again but from what i remember (at least 18 months ago) was decently geared and knew how to gear.

As for attitude never once complained or moaned and there was plenty to moan about. Kept himself to himself and was a pleasure to be in the linshell with him. Never stole anything or done anything shady to my knowedge.
