Problems Logging In

I can log in just fine to my NCSoft master account just fine. But its saying my ID or Password do not match when I try to log into the game.

I've checked to make sure the region is correct, also reset my password.

Any ideas?

did you change your master account pass or your game account pass?

Yeah make sure to check both. Theres seperate login info for the NCSoft account and the actual Aion account thats inside your NCSoft one.
