Stronghold 3 with core 2 e8400 processor

I recently noticed that stronghold 3 was released (under my radar thanks to skyrim). I assumed right off the bat that my rig could handle it (specs at bottom) and was checking to see if my girlfriend's laptop could handle it as well (doubtful, but another issue in itself).

According to this site, my processor rates an abysmal 4 stars; something I'm not used to as this particular processor has handled games for the last 2 years, BF3 included on ultra.

I could use some opinions on this. The processor is not overclocked (because I'm both unsure and concerned that Overclocking on a HAF coolmaster would be a good idea. Not to mention I have no idea how to overclock it.)

Nvidia GTX 560 (not TI)
4gb ram
windows 7 64bit

[Reality]

I'm running an e8400 as well, it's definitely not 'abysmal', but it's 1.5 generations behind (Nehalem (1), Sandy Bridge (an update to Nehalem, essentially, based around Nehalem, on a smaller process and different socket, amongst other updates). I'm running my e8400 @ 4.2Ghz (467x9), but I'm definitely seeing CPU limitations in games like BF3, Hard Reset, even Borderlands as hilarious as that sounds

God stronghold 3 was a bad idea to install. I run the game on Ultra with no problems whatsoever. The game is terribad at best.
