Free Company Chest Question

So I made a FC yesterday and put some gear that I crafted in the chest for members to take if they needed it. Problem is that it seems only myself and officers can withdraw (or even deposit!) gear / gil into the chest.

Is there some setting somewhere I'm missing that changes this? At the very least I'd like people to be able to deposit things. I understand the restrictions about withdrawal but I still would like to be able to adjust it if possible.

In the FC menu, you can modify the privileges that each rank gets. You can/need to grant normal members access to the company chest.

I did a FC party of 4 in Halatali.
After completion and warp back.
I got message said - I have made FC a title heat of battle. 1.
And then after that , I got exp bonus icon from FC every time I got in Dungeon.
Not sure this is correct....

P.S. nvm, my FC leader just mentioned that he has that effect activated for FC since majority exp'ing ...

To clarify, since I was stuck on this too:
On the Rank tab click on the rank you want to modify and select Hierarchy Settings. That's where you can modify chest access.

It's not possible to track who invited whom, who promoted whom and who deposited or took stuff from chest. Pretty damn terrible.

I'd really love to see an answer for this as well. I'd do some testing myself but I keep forgetting to do so when my friends are free.
