Apparently, Comedy Central has ordered 13 additional episodes of Futurama to be made. Casting and production seems to be underway so hopefully come this Fall we'll see some new episodes!

As long as this show doesn't decline in quality, I am really looking forward to more episodes. One of my favorite cartoons ever.

I thought the same thing about family guy, and I still liked the actual episodes.

I'll never underestimate Matt Groening, especially when it comes to futurama. I probably just was expecting too much from the movies, when the first one aired I wasn't aware that it was technically was a 4 episode block, and not really a movie.
