I was considering just writing "THEO" about five thousand times but looking back at the first page of the last thread I couldn't resist.

Seriously though don't feel bad, my AL predictions were about as bad as it gets.

    Here's my playoff predictions

Houston at NY Yankees - Keuchel on 3 days rest is a gamble and while the Yankees have been awful lately I think I like Girardi to rally these guys into a win at their home stadium.
Jake Arrieta at Pittsburgh - This makes me sad because I love the Pirates (my NL team) but it's just not possible. Arrieta is a monster.

Texas vs Toronto - where the fuck did marco estrada come from
NY Mets vs LA Dodgers - don mattingly lol
NY Yankees vs Kansas City - Lorenzo Cain to catch 3+ would-be HR in this series
Chicago vs St Louis - it hurts to type this

Toronto vs Kansas City - i dunno but i hate the royals a lot
NY mets vs St Louis - I don't even have a good reason for this I just assume that its the Cards job to piss the NL off in the Giants off year

Toronto vs St Louis - canada wins, but america also wins in the sense that fuck the cards

world series MVP - MUNENORI KAWASAKI SOMEHOW

Bleh, my predictions were either spot on or I must have been drunk

Time for my predictions I guess

AL West: Anaheim Seattle Oakland Houston Texas
AL Central: Cleveland Detroit Kansas City CWS Minnesota
AL East: Baltimore Toronto Boston NYY Tampa
    Wildcards: Detroit/Toronto
    AL Champ: Anaheim

NL West: Dodgers Giants Padres Rockies Arizona
NL Central: Cards Pirates Cubs Brewers Reds
NL East: Washington Miami NYM Braves Phillies
    Wildcard Giants/Miami

    NL Champ Washington

    WS Champ Washington

    MVP: Trout/Stanton
    Cy Young: Felix/Bumgardner

    Manager of the Year: Maddon/Francona

ROTY: Kris Bryant/god knows for the AL
Well here's my stab at playoff predictions

    AL Wildcard: Houston over NYY
NL Wildcard: Cubs over Pirates (seriously, top 3 mlb teams all NL central. Winner of this game gets the privilege of going to St. Louis

    AL: KC over Houston
    Toronto over Texas
    KC over Toronto

    NL: LA over NYM
    Stl over CHC
    Stl over LA

next to your picks you guys can just put "baseball is random" instead of "I like Joe Girardi to rally his guys"

    Spoiler: show
    dont hate me xaj

my predictions would just be my hopes anyway - hoping for one of Toronto or Pittsburgh to make the WS and win it. If they play each other it won't be as fun, need an evil team to root against like Giants last year.

Now that the season is over

    I'd like to point out

    that only ONE player

finished the season with at least 22 homers and 22 stolen bases

He actually had 25 homers and 24 SBs

    Cubs over Pirates
    Yankees over Astros

    Dodgers over Mets
    Cards over Cubs
    Rangers over Jays
    Royals over Yankees

    Dodgers over Cards
    Rangers over Royals

    Rangers over Dodgers

This is totally a homer pick because I want to see Rollins, Utley, and Hamels in the World Series again.

I'm gonna pissed if Joe Maddon wins a fucking World Series with the Cubs. I'm still fairly salty that he left the Rays the way he did.

Though I will say, he's a damn good manager, I wouldn't be surprised.

Congrats all on a good fantasy baseball season. The Enrico Palazzos All-Stars made a late push for 1st despite making only 6(!) moves all season.

    Spoiler: show

    oh wow I won!

Damn I lost my all-season-long 4th place right at the end. I sort of stopped paying attention when it became apparent I wasn't moving upwards in September.

First time doing roto, was pretty fun

as lame as it sounds I feel like it's similar to a real manager, where you have to make decisions between riding out a guy's hot streak or dumping him, even if it's someone with a strong reputation like Chase Utley or Adrian Beltre. that's why I like roto as a change of pace from other H2H fantasy sports

Jays fans, we're going to need constant Tulo injury updates. it will be tragic if we can't see the Jays lineup at full strength

He played this past weekend against Tampa, so barring any further injury he should be good to go.
