Land boats are the greatest.
Computer fan was dying and the computer was hot, so I replaced the fan. Now the computer has started to actually overheat. Going to have to replace something else. First game in four years to defeat my terrible airflow.

Shadowplay does feel like the /NIN of this game, mostly because there's so much utility in the tree for both engaging and getting out of engagements. However, it doesn't hold the anti-damage and anti-CC abilities that Auramancy does.
There's more than a few non-Shadowplay specs that are viable, eg. Hexblade (Battle/Defense/Witchcraft), Arcanist (Sorcery/Witchcraft/Aura, considered a poor man's Daggerspell) and Abolisher (Battlerage/Defense/Auramancy). Edgewalker (Occultism/Vitalism/Auramancy) was a damn powerful spec prior to the healing magic changes, but lost a bit afterwards. Demonologist (Occultism/Sorcery/Witchcraft) isn't that bad if you don't mind doing without Auramancy breaks.
Another three SP specs I left out - Shadowknight (Shadowplay/Witchcraft/Defense), Trickster (Shadowplay/Archery/Witchcraft) and Primevil (Shadowplay/Archery/Auramancy). Primevil is probably the most powerful archer at the moment. I've also started seeing Dreambreakers crop up as tanks (Defense/Auramancy/Witchcraft). Skullknight also falls more into a tank/initiator role as a part of group comp instead of a solo.
If you want to start rolling in support/healing specs, here's the current list of ones I know off the top of my head:
Cleric (Vitalism/Songcraft/Auramancy)
Hierophant (Vitalism/Witchcraft/Auramancy)
Tomb Warden (Defense/Auramancy/Songcraft)
Templar (Defense/Auramancy/Vitalism)
For duo comp, you could lean a number of ways. Ultimately you'd want to gravitate towards something that can burn quick (eg. 2 Daggerspells) or one person that can distract/lock down (Skullknights, Blighters, Dreambreakers) while the other burns. It isn't until you get to party comps that you start seeing support/healers as force multipliers.

How's everyone's CB4 going? I am pretty excited about this game.
Really enjoying the game and will most likely sub once it launches. This should cover my online gaming needs till Star Citizen hits.
I had people showering me with cash for being funny so that was cool.
Spoiler: show
The game... good in some ways, not so in others.
I'm a fan of the labor points system but not the way its being handled (in regards to being required for nearly everything and patrons getting such an advantage and the actual existence of labor potions)
Quite literally p2w if you ask me since LP is tied to just about any possible way to make money it seems.
Couple random screenshots. This game keeps getting better.
Really hoping they announce Open Beta and/or release date at Pax today! Fingers crossed. CBT4 has been over since wednesday and I´m allready having withdrawal symptoms.
Trion announced OB and a released date.

Nothing has changed so far as I know, so I guess that'd be a yes.
And you can use the store credits to purchase the tax certificate items used to pay upkeep on your land, if you don't want cosmetic items.
