Synergy can only be obtained through Guildwork Client so be sure to check it out =P

guildwork.com has been acting strange since yesterday. Whenever I try to log in, I get a message "Your session has timed out. Please log in" but I can't really log in. I tried both Firefox and Chrome and same message.

Also, same problem on client (just tries to log in and stays there forever) so, I assume this is a known issue? Happened yesterday afternoon, in the night it was working normally but right now it is giving me this trouble again.

Edit: Now that I think about it... at work (where yesterday wasn't working and is not working today) we have a squid proxy, at home (where it was working normally) I don't have any proxy. Could this be the issue? If it is, how to solve it?

Edit 2: Sooo it was indeed a Squid problem; was fixed with this directive: http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/confi...header_access/

As for squid proxy, yes Guildwork uses custom headers for the Stream servers.

Every time I send or recieve a message, I get some sort of "zoom" or "whoosh" noise. Hard to describe.

Thats because you have the site open =p its from the browser. You can change that in the settings on the buddy list popout.

Commands not working

-Downloaded/Installed in separate folder
-Ran client as admin
-successfully logged in with gw account
-successfully conected to my character/server

//ffxiah "Dusk Gloves" does nothing.

I have latest Windower running, all windower commands work fine. Windows 7 64

then try it

if that works, put keyboard_allowmmf 1 in your init.txt (or find where it is already in there with 0 and change it to a 1)

Stan just released Remote Chat for Guildwork. Tested it out this morning when I took GF out for coffee. Works well on iPad even.
