Yeah it's going to be incredibly difficult to top.

Also how on earth can someone like BB and yet not like TDK? TDK was just BB except better in every way.

If this movie is even half as good as TDK it would still be amazing. I just hope the success's of TDK don't sabotage it.

I think we just need to accept the fact that one (at least one) of the cast is gonna have to die if we want DKR to meet expectations.

TDK had too many dull moments for me. It was a good movie but wasn't better than Begins for me. I didn't like the rendition of Ledger's Joker. He wasn't... Joker enough for me. I've seen plenty of "dark" stuff done over time from the Joker and that just didn't really fit. Seemed like he was on drugs throughout the movie. When I thought the movie was over it went on for another 30min. I think too many people hyped it up because of Ledger passing away.

I wonder if they're going to bring in someone new to do the gadgets for Bruce in this one? Didn't Freeman quit due to the use of the "sonar" technology in the 2nd one?

I agree about Ledger. It was a good performance and I enjoyed the movie, but it was definitely overhyped because of his passing.

I thought that part was really lame. They were just using the sonar to find the Joker, it's not like Bruce Wayne was using it to stalk people.
