There's a post up on reddit right now about weapon stats and filling out a Google Doc for comparisons.

There's only a few weapons there so far but it looks like the short version is VoC > every other primary for pure damage output.

I've heard that Fatebringer might actually be better than VoC. Just got one with a PUG on my Warlock, so gonna have to level it and give it a try.

I'll agree with the VoC. Its nasty. VoC +w/e+ghorn. I have maxed Fatebringer and it does not 1 shot nq goblins in VOG HM. That alone prolly makes VoC better.

I wonder how difficult it is to solo the Oracles...

We could cheese it if someone has an Icebreaker. There's just the top left Oracle that's difficult to hit from the top spawn point.

I don't think it would be possible to solo Oracles on Hard mode, even from spawn. My Ice Breaker is about 70% gold boxed and even then it takes about 4-5 shots per Oracle. To kill them all before being Marked would be impossible solo. You'd need Revenge or something but even then you'd run out of ammo really fast. Normal mode....maybe. Hard, I'd say minimum 3 people killing Oracles

Summary points for those who don't want to read:
Iron Banner going to return before the end of the year (assuming they can get everything working correctly).
Some of the changes they're planning include:
- Having 2 pieces of gear that have light level 30
- Rewards for losing to prevent quitting
- Power will matter (more) and you can't enter IB without a level 20 fireteam leader
- Bumping up the IB weapons (4 possible now)
- Weapons reforging introduced (IB weapons can be reforged for motes of light -- new draw on the perks)
- And they're changing ranks. Originally they planned for ranks to reset with each event, but it took too long to rank up and what not. So now, you'll keep your rank, but the max is now 5. And in the future, they're going to introduce a new system that's easier to level and will reset with each event.

They also made a point about not promising too much if they're not sure if they can meet deadlines, so I'm guessing the changes to the raid are still in the works, they just couldn't get it all done this week.

I thought they already had exotic rewards for losing.
