I donno if you guys have talked about it yet but it sounds like Yoshida strongly hinted at the 14th being the date of the new beta test in the testing for the live letter.

The first FF in which you can play as a Puppetmaster is FFXI. You cannot play as Reeve (Cait Sith's controller), Lulu's job is Black Mage, and FFIV:AY came out years after TAU. Therefore, the claim that players would automatically reject a brand new job in an FF MMO is false.

That is, unless you want to be ridiculous enough to claim that anything that has ever appeared in a FF is an "existing job," in which case, where can I sign up for Big Whale?

Soken: "Drats, that's a bit tough schedule-wise..."
