It was like being stuck in an amusement-park line for what you thought would be 45 minutes, only it turned out to be 90. Halfway through, you can't bail. You just can't. You just have to hope the ride is worth it.

It's officially official: Viewers will find out who killed poor Rosie Larsen at the end of The Killing's second season, according to Written By magazine.

This is slightly more specific than what the series' executive producer Veena Sud has said before, that the killer would be revealed during the course of Season 2, which would also introduce a new murder case.

AMC's homicide drama faced considerable backlash last summer when the first season ended on a cliff-hanger without revealing who had killed the Seattle teenager. Many of the fans spewed their anger online, and Sud told the magazine, "I started to realize I shouldn't read it, because I shouldn't get swept up too much in either the very good or the very bad, because then it'll start exerting maybe a subconscious influence on how we write, or the story direction... This is not a committee thing."

Maybe I don't remember or wasn't watching closely enough, but why was Lindin running around scared after she came back from the airport? I get the whole police corruption thing, but who knew that she knew at that point that would force her to be so freaked? Nobody except her new Lt. (and she outright told him- what was the point of say that)? Why did he let her back on the case if he's in on it (or is he) instead of just leaving it closed?

The atmosphere of this show has not changed one bit. If you are willing to overlook the promises of season 1 and think of this as one giant season, it's still entertaining. After watching the first 3 episodes of this season last night, I don't care about the previous season's lack of closure.

Well you two got me to give it a second chance. I was pretty disenchanted with the whole thing after last season ended. I decided eff it.

Watching Episode 1/2 now, we shall see! Kind of annoyed that Episode 4 is on Comcast's Xfinity TV site, but Episode 3 is On Demand only. MAKES NO SENSE! So I will have to wait until I get home to catch Ep. 3.
