Is Cruor PT and XP PT the same thing? I've heard both and I don't know if there's a difference.

EDIT: A casual Linkshell I ran, TheShadows, was responsible for "raising" a lot of players who spread out all over the place. As a result, I've always had friends in major shells -- Kupo, for example, and pretty much every other one throughout Pandemonium's history. I was also in the group which helped Wopa get his Aegis.

Also Kamil, you build cruor chain by swapping mobs, whereas in exp PT you build exp chain by killing same type of mob. So in cruor PT you'd do something like kill a rabbit, then a crawler, then rabbit, etc. Faster just to cleave though really.

No, one is for exp and one is for cruor. When doing a cruor party, if you don't kill the same mob twice in a row cruor will build the same way exp does.

Wow, didn't realize it was that big of a deal, we killed Ultima a crapload back in the day, I just assumed everyone did.

Now that I think of it, couple guys are farming an Ultima set to finish off their Nashira, I bet we can make some gil at the same time.

All very true, we did a fair number of Ultima though because, people wanted it and they showed up to events, so we did it.

Due to time constraints, I limited my game activity to Einherjar + Limbus. For the latter, I made an Apollyon LS since I only had classes that could use Homam at the time. I told members, before they joined, that we would only be doing Apollyon, so they knew that we would be burning through that only. Hence, no Ultima.

I still have an Ultima and Omega set from back when Limbus was only slightly outdated. Also, last night I did a pickup Dynamis - Bastok and got every single AF2 in the zone. My moogle is totally stoked to store it all for me.

I was shocked to learn that no one in the fairly large (usually 20+ people online) social linkshell my husband and I picked up has done Ultima but us. When they learnt we had beaten it (many years ago, many times) they all wanted us to start leading Limbus runs. We didn't log on for a week in horror and hope they'd forget. They didn't and somehow I'm stuck building an Ultima set (which I've avoided starting!).

Even at 75 cap, going with 12 people usually sufficed for a win.

Meh, been playing for 4 years and dont have win.Why?Because all the fucking endgame Ls were doing Omega only, I guess mages wasnt that much important ; ;
Using PW atma for now, hopefully I get to convince my friends to come farm limbus with me.(Wont happen ; ; )

I think level90 would bring some type of ease to the fight.
Did it with 12-14 with some unlucky struggles thrown in at 75 cap.
I wouldn't give up hope. Level increases make for some pretty laughable farming now, I'd think anyway.
