It was kinda nice stealthing around shit, especially the quests around 30 where you have to kill shit in the midst of about 300 mobs.

I'll definitely be heading towards engineer on live, its a beast for grinding and group damage.

Ughh.. I'm frustrated. Tried to craft an orange Bow. Failed. Tried again and succeeded only to find out 20 minutes later that I would be rewarded with a superior bow that I didnt have to waste 100 gold attempting to get. -_-

So far, only positive I see out of orange weps unless you get it as soon as you ding 30, is they can't break. Thats about it lol

They also look sexy as fuck when you get to high fortification levels. But all weapons probably do that...

Legendaries (Grand Fantasia had yellow/gold named weapons/armour that you had to craft using orange weapons as a material for) will probably be way more badass, and I'm fairly certain they're coming eventually. My characters face likes to get stuck in the OH GOD WHY DID THIS FORTIFICATION FAIL position too apparently.

Unless things change come release I noticed when it came to those quests that rewarded a blue weapon (9/10 end of the zone quest) It was always bow/staff/sword/mace, not one dagger/gun so I think it'll be worth it to get those crafted other than that yeah...

I for one am really not looking forward to my luck with fortifying stuff haha, I failed on a 64% succeed rate -_-

Well they don't offer gun rewards until the level 30+ zone since Engineer isn't unlocked until 30. That was my reasoning behind it.

Took me 11 or 12 attempts to get +8, which is 8% chance for the level 30 scroll. Hopefully Safety Stones keep at a reasonable price in OB... probably won't since you don't get free Aeria Points though. Especially since the level 40 scroll halves that success rate...

You can definitely get blue weapons of other types from quests too. The Ulta Dungeon quest gives, iirc, Dagger, Gun, Grimoire or... I can't remember the fourth, maybe Guitar.
