Yeahhhh, that would have been a cool idea if I had thought about this event months ago. Meh, I'll just have a few back up names, equally awesome, to rotate in as should probably be expected.

Yeah. It was a question less about transfers and more about failed promises.

I think its always sad to see this happen to a company/mmo. Especially so soon after release. They didn't have the initial sales they wanted and now this. Sucks to hear

    System
    * Removed the Introduction Video when you log in
    * Made a space in the UI to check server warnings (for updates etc...)

    Enchantment
    * Augmented the probability of a succesful enchantme
Augmented the probability for tiers lower than T14
(Didnt get this second part but apparently they added some special fodder and added more enchant lvl...)

    Internal
    * Multiplied drop rate of named monsters in lvl 58 dungeons by 2
    * Augmented the drop rate of Shandra's feathers in "Manaya's Core" dungeon (x2 apparently)
    * Augmented the number of loots in Sirjuka Gallery
    1st Part : Got from 2 loots to 3
    2nd part : Got from 1 to 2
    * Augmented Temple of Temerity rewards
You get one more Practicum and Dire badge for every part you clear
    * You can now use your dire badges as a money ("They changed from impossible to spend to possible"... O.o)
    * In Temple Of Temerity, once you clear the 3 bosses the chrono stops and let you loot and leave the dungeon.
    * Adjusted Fane of Kaprima's Hard Mode Difficulty
Kornius (the lancer boss) lost around 20% atk
Lowered the buff that Kornius would get
Lowered by 1/3 the damages of the balls of Egrecia
Changed Egrecia's moving spots (from 3 spots to 2 spots)
Disminished the damages of the "bomb" that kaprima launches by 1/3
    Removed Kaprima's bleeding debuff

Last bosse's tentacles get -30% life

    Berzerker Changes
    * Changed the mocking shout skill
You can now use it while moving
Hmm not sure about that part but it looks like it puts a debuff that prevents from getting "reaction". Maybe no chain, maybe no other debuff, tell me if you know more.

Changed the distance from 7 to 5m

Increased the output of the skill after overcharging Thunder Strike, Whirlwind, or Lethal Strike (CD down from 15 to 8 seconds)

    Crafting
    * Increased the chances of criticals
Ingredients : 5% chances of getting 3 times the amount of items
Scrolls : 5% chances of getting twice the amount of items

    * Corrected a bug in sky garden when trees would appear strangely when you had all the effects on 0 and some monster would use a specific skill
    Embarrassing patch notes are embarrassing.

Instead of making FOK/BT HM harder, or changing the ilv, they nerfed it into oblivion.

Everything else seems decent on paper, but will make everything that much easier to achieve.

Who cares about FoK and BT HM at this point? The weapons and shit from that are worthless now anyway and everyone has them even if they've never entered the dungeon because they sell for like 3 gold since the patch. And anyone not using at least crafted t13 isn't geared well anyway... Lol.

Edit: Or does it bug you because you just got tier13 dungeon gear for Foxer recently? Either way I don't get the outrage.

Embarrassing patch notes most likely because they could have done something more beneficial in regards to new content, not old content. Also, fixing enchanting rates on T13 and below won't really solve the problem people are having with the system. It basically does nothing for the people who put up with it for their T13 and are now ready to move onto T14. Rinse and repeat I guess.

Nothing bothers me. My alts sitting on t13 was just to do the new content on all my characters, unlike your single t12 +6 alt. What I am saying is, instead of raising the t14 fodder rate or making FOK/BT HM more useful, they made it easier, while keeping the drops the same. Maybe raise the ilv by 2 on the 3 older 142s and add added effect weaposn? IDK. Regardless, no one mentioned anything about wanting the T13 the drops from it, so you're trying a bit too hard on that.

You have to realize that they are still on a 6 hour CD not affected by IMS CD reduction, and people who haven't been playing from the start don't jump into T14, or the now useless Dreamkeeper set. Least the could have done if they wanted the nerfs was remove the CD to make it even with AC NM, like the did with LOT/ET HM and FOK/BT NM.

Unless you agree that 5 "useless" 138 dungeons and 3 "useless" 142 dungeons are a good idea? Why not make them useful is what I'm saying. IDK about you, homie, but the not so fun AC HM and once a day MC isn't all that that great.

Oh, and... My alt was +12 before your main so? lol

No one said anything about not using crafted gear here, buddy. Shit's garbage now anyway. No need to talk about how good gear in video game is at this point. My argument was to make more use of the content out now, instead of keeping everything useless and replacing it all by 2 dungeons, every patch, all while the level cap stays the same. lol

I still don't understand why you are so riled up over this. If anything, you should be excited that you can do BT HM and eat laser like normal every single time it targets you. But now you just won't get one shotted anymore and be dead 90% of the fight.

Again, trying too hard. Will not waste time explaining things over and over to someone trying to satisfy himself by typing on a forum. Making everything easier in a game is never a good, but maybe you just can't see that. Oh well.

With the F2P push they are obviously trying to not have the current content gate for new players seem so daunting, with as little coding as possible.

Well, the F2P servers in Korea cap you at 58, so they are doing it for that most likely. Still lazy and could have been better implemented IMO.

^ That would have been so sweet. I imagine someone at EME had to be the "responsible" one and set aside that name.

On sale again. Also where are those game time cards? I know chrono scrolls, but I'm backing away from CC on mmos now. Do want to try this again now after getting a bad taste from it back during launch.

    http://tera.enmasse.com/news/posts/r...ll-to-remember

Things are speeding up around the En Masse office! We’re working on making this fall a season that TERA players won’t forget, and part of that effort is transforming ourselves to be quicker to react to our players and our game. By constantly tweaking things we do, we give players a better experience. For example, we just released the Argon Queen update, our first major content patch. In it, we introduced several new endgame instances and the much-heralded battlegrounds. And that’s just the start of our rapid-fire progress.

The weeks since the Argon Queen update have been especially jam-packed: everything from Bluehole Studio visits and weeklong meetings to in-game content plans, events, and more. In time-honored producer tradition, I always allude to these busy plans but never reveal what we’re working on. Let me go against that tradition this time and just tell you what we’re working on.
    More Events with More Variety

We’re increasing the frequency and broadening the types of events we run, all aimed at giving TERA players more of what they want. We’ll be running several different events over the next few months; they fall into three categories.

Our staff here at En Masse will do small-scale flash events that engage each server’s players on a personal level. While I don’t want to give away all our plans, expect on-the-spot organized events like triathlon races, scavenger hunts, trivia, and so on.
We’ll also have weekend TERA-wide events that focus on particular groups of players or content. These events offer everything from increased drop rates for specific instances (changing every weekend) to increased battleground points and rewards just for logging in. Every event weekend, we’ll have a new way to get players experiencing TERA’s content and forming new groups and communities.
Finally, we’ve got large-scale seasonal events. First is a Halloween event with several quest lines, some fun costumes (and a costume ball), and even a Halloween-specific instance. More details on that later, but I’m pumped to play it. Further down the road, look for a battleground tournament and a large winter event.

    Adding Content to TERA

Content? We’ve got that coming too! Crafting quests are coming back next week, the long-awaited berserker patch will arrive shortly after that, and we’re rebalancing instances and adding new achievements. We’re also making significant changes to enchanting based on player feedback—changes we’ll roll out over the course of a few builds later this fall (more specifics on this as we confirm changes). Another large content update (similar in size to Argon Queen) is in the works, but if I go into any more detail, I may not make it back for the next producer letter.

We’ve also been working closely with BHS on a few larger projects related to TERA—projects we plan to bring to you this year as well. I will be updating you regularly on these as we make more headway, get certain plans in place...and I’m allowed to talk about them.

I see a lot of exciting things on the horizon for TERA, and everyone in the office is hard at work bringing that horizon closer, not only because we’re committed to TERA, but also because we’re gamers. Nothing’s more exciting than seeing TERA evolve and become even better.

    Chris ‘Chager’ Hager

    Producer—TERA
