This game is nowhere near release state. Draw distances mostly from EVERYONE IN TANKS makes long range engagements for infantry worthless. I was even excited when they enabled heavy weapons, but it still doesn't fix the issues of Call of Battlefield Planetside 2. or World of PlanetTanks.

Played with a few friends last night. Flew a scythe, landed on a tech plant that was surprisingly unguarded, blew the generator and killed the guy guarding it, opening the door, died shortly after but we took the tech plant in the end because I got the door open, felt pretty good after.

Also using /yell to get a ton of people into a couple Galaxies to storm a substation or something is totally awesome.

Is anyone still playing this game? I just downloaded it on Steam last night and I was having quite a bit of fun. Managed to Light jet pack my way into a base and kill a couple of snipers tucked away in little nooks.

Lookin for some folks to dick around with, seeing as I won't be spending any RL $ on the game. Send me a message.

I'm playing mainly solo while I convince my friends to install. Game is so much fucking fun. I put 15 hours in before I realized that I hadn't paid a dime yet, so I dropped $20 on a combo pack of guns to show my support because SOE fucking earned it. PS2 is basically Battlefield 3 on steroid laced crack. Its free to download, so I definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Started playin this about a week ago with a friend. Absolute blast, especially since joining a good outfit & Battlefield 3 on steroid laced crack is a pretty funny good analogy lol.. Playing VS on Helios.

I keep hearing from gaming sites and podcasts that it's pretty good. But, it's apparently no fun to start playing without people you know to team up with and it's more mmo grind than instant action shooter.

Saw it on Steam. Even free I'm not sure I'll bother with the DL>>

Whoever said PS2 is an MMO grind is a fucking idiot. Its Battlefield 3 on crack. I've been playing by myself many a times and having tons of fun, just got to stay with other people and not play lone wolf.

If you're planning to put any money into this game I'd suggest waiting for the 21st or buy up a bunch of 1500+500 SC game cards from Walmart, redeem them on the 21st and get 4500SC (or 5000 if the added bonus goes through)

Alright, I caved... Downloading 10gb through steam now. No plans to ever buy anything and fully expect to give up when it takes 10 mins to get to/find a fight or repeatedly get kicked out of vehicles.

WTF with that sale? Buy stuff today for 15-25% off, or buy stuff in a week for 66% off >>
