Good god, I have a lot of seals to collect. At least the induction gets you 250 and the first quest gets an additional 500, enough for 1 piece of armor.

I was wondering if you knew of any Dat viewing Programs? id like to look at them myself and do some changing but i cant find anything to work with if ANYONE could help that be great

I was bored, so here's a list of the stats of all the various Rank-30 weapons (old NM drops included for reference) so you can compare. The only thing missing is the new delay stats. No one has those listed at all yet. You have see the weapon in person. It's probably not ultra important unless you're comparing Gladiator swords with daggers and the like.

Don't PGL get a H2H weapon from Cactuar Jack? Fist of the Six Suns or something?

Yeah, but they are Rank-35. For some reason, PGL gets a Rank-25 weapon and a Rank-35 weapon from NMs while everyone else gets a 30 and a 35. I guess the level spread of hand-to-hand weapons would have made a 30 and a 35 NM drop back to back as far as weapon progression goes, so they dropped it down into the 20's to spread them apart.

I noticed that for lancer, some weapons have a 3.5sec delay while others have 3.7. I wonder how much that could add up to long run.
