...you guys done yet?
Required may be exaggerated, but it's definitely very helpful when low manning and not tossing bodies at it, depending on your other gear/your mage(s) it may be required sometimes though.
And you won't take more damage with -resist gear cause, as it says, it lowers the chance you resist the element only and nothing else(unless of course there are +resist pieces in the same gear set, then it makes those pointless).
Could make the 10-15mil or w/e people are selling gaiters for by the time it takes for tiamat to spawn again. Stupid arguments are stupid.
It's big number syndrome. The same thing that has been an issue since forever.
I'm not downplaying how useful a fire resist set can be for Tiamat if you're going to 3-man it or something but with 9 people who really gives a fuck? 9 people is what most of us did at 75.
This is what I am getting at, Worlace; you can wear -500 fire resist and it's basically the same thing as wearing 0 fire resist. And yes, you can beat Tiamat quite easily with 9 characters at level 90 without any fire resist. If you can't then maybe that's the random fail here?
OK I can't read the thread title without thinking of the last series of the Apprentice over here and the greatness that was the Stuart Baggs (the brand) interview... "I'm a big fish in a small point"... "You're not a big fish, you're not a big fish, you're not even a fish".
People from the UK only will get it but it was just comedy gold.
You do realize -fire gear only effects your chance of resisting right? This comment and your screenshots make it look like you don't. Rather you're wearing -75 fire resist or -750 fire resist, you're taking the exact same amount of dmg unresisted. Regardless if you knew this or not, a full time HP ring anywhere is unacceptable so "at Tiamat" on the end is wrong.
Wtf at this thread!
Holy shit numbnuts, less fail convo more fail pics.
Anyone continuing the convo is getting a time out so knock it off.
Don't have an SS of it, but last night we were mass popping Chloris' and killing em before the first 2hr was done. Treasure pool got so packed with junk that the last Chloris we killed, the 2 buds it dropped auto sorted to 2 different people, not who was supposed to get em =/
Yeah, I agree. Playing with val must be pretty fail. But really, what am I seeing up in herr
I personally blame the amount of fucking ponies that he has to deal with. That has to be the cause of losing a bud
