Ya, though the late season start bugs me a bit... Either they'll completely overthrow the season pattern, or it's again just a half-season. Hope it's the former...

They already said back in May in a press release that they ordered 26 episodes for season 5. Guessing it will be the later half of Spring since it was only like two weeks ago Daniel Ingram said he finished writing the last song for S5. They were still working on recording them even last week even. There was pictures on twitter of them recording one of the new songs, they got some tony winning actress that was a fan of the show to sing a song and play a guest character.

Looks like when they release new seasons is going to be totally out of wrack now. Pretty sure they will want to keep the show around until their movie comes out in 2017 at least.

A new teaser, shows a new villian, and an old one the smooze. What is funny when I was a kid my next door neighbor had the mlp movie on vhs he made us watch it like at least 20 times. I think it was because he liked the smooze song.

Thankfully, the TV episodes are washing the bad taste of the last two Fiendship comics out of my mouth. The premiere two parter was different-but-good with all the Pony North Korea under the surface, and Castle Sweet Castle felt like a callback to classic S1 pony. No pancake cravings, though. Pancake meme cravings, maybe.



It's no Twilicane, but it'll do. Although speaking of long objects of power and authority...

Funny thins is I have the first 6 issues of the comic, but only read the first. Really don't have much interest in them after the Anderson incident.
