As far as I know, it's always been the case for XIV. I have always been stunned by Gnats' Shock Spikes on Archer, pre-and-post-1.18.
Guess it was just a temp "bug" during 1.18 then.
Maybe it was just for enemies then? Because I'm positive I never got stunned doing Gnats on ARC before the patch.
All I can say is that I can think of no situation where I have seen a difference between ranged and melee when it comes to spikes, and I've been maining ARC since beta.
Take that for what it's worth.
Oh, I didn't see it in the notes, but it appears that now all crafting abilities have the same probability of showing up. Hand of the Gods is no longer stupidly uncommon to come across.
I don't remember if it was mentioned but TP gain is now fixed based on (assuming) delay?
I thought TP was a straight 500 per hit now?
I don't see how or why as that would be stupidly unbalanced.
I get 375 for 3.0 delay H2H, 325 for 2.6 delay sword.
Also you still regen HP/MP when running, didn't they say that was being removed? Ninja not-change?
What TP return do you get on Heavy Swing/Thrust/Slash etc?
500 on all attacks, AA or otherwise (4.0 Delay). Really easy to see on MRD.
Archer was the same with 4.0 delay too.
