That's kind of what makes Poongko so amazing. He has almost no competition with which to improve. I've been to Green Arcade in Seoul quite a few times. While the level of Tekken play there is undoubtedly among the world's best, the SF play is pretty awful. I have played some of Seoul's "finest" and can honestly say that Poongko and Infiltration are on a level that they shouldn't be based upon their competition in Seoul.

A trick someone told me, if it happens again, open a new live stream.
There are some right under the chat. Then go back to the stream and refresh.
Its something with twitch.tv.
