I just started this over the last week. This is my 2nd mmo, first being ffxi, and i'd give it a 6/10 so far. If this wasn't f2p I wouldn't be playing it tho. Does anyone have suggestions on a website(s) to read up on for info on gear, quests, etc(similar to wiki)? I asked on a L2 forum (not official) and was told there really isn't one.
As of right now I'm just talking to npcs and trying to do quests for exp/adena. Apparently a leather shirt costs like a billion adena? I think I've logged somewhere around 5 hours into that game and I have like, 200k just from questing, which seems odd since my only comparison is ffxi(100g for a quest that takes 2+hr?!).
Anyone else still playing this and have any tips?

Just follow the main quests that they feed you until 43. After that, you'll be grinding. Also, don't worry about money until like level 85 or so. You get free gear for a long time now, and even some free shots to help cut costs there a bit.
