Ah, good point! lol, unless it's like Princess Bride and the name is carried on by other chosen vamps, but that would probably negate the contract.

Most pertinent part, next season will be 10 episodes only and they start filming in January.
I lot of that read to me like they made of lot of over arching plots into next season without any idea on how they will be resolved. It's always annoyed me when shows set out down the road of certain plot points without any idea what the beginning and end should actually be. The Ifrit storyline this seasons felt a lot like that since it was so worthless overall.
They give no real thought to storyline because the show revolves around actors and not characters. Whatever actor is popular they give the most screentime and make walk around shirtless.
