+0.05 fTP looks right and activating on unrelated days also looks right. It's not much of a trend if it just activates all the time, though.

So much for that idea, lol.
Yeah I just know the atma and helm I tested worked always on and only on related days.
How about the Mekira Oto WSdmg+ ?
I only did the HQ results are on last page
When I was on the test server I wanted to derp about with Wildfire. Switched from PLD to COR and didn't recap skills, so only had my 16 marksmanship from merits. Fire shots did single digit damage, Wildfire did 100s to 300s, and Light Shot never landed. So yes, elemental WS and QD are tied to weapon skill rating.
Ganesha's Mask
I did some testing with different MNK setups now and stumbled upon something.
MNK/WAR naked: 507 ATK
MNK/WAR with Ganesha only: 527 ATK
MNK/WAR with Mel. Gloves+2: 528 ATK
Now with Berserk
MNK/WAR naked: 633 ATK
MNK/WAR with Ganesha only: 653 ATK
MNK/WAR with Mel. Gloves+2: 660 ATK
This basically concludes that % buffs like Berserk, Boost, possibly Chaos Roll etc ignore the 4% ATK on Ganeshas mask, making something with raw ATK+ more desirable when you have buffs up.
Engulfer Cape
Used Land Worms near the pond in Qufim. Their Stone II and Stonega hits high enough that I'd never resist for a 0 damage hit.
500 casts with 37 absorbs = 7.4% proc rate.

Nocturnus Mail
Didn't see any info on BGwiki on this, so used same method as above to test it.
500 casts with 24 absorbs = 4.8% proc rate.
Spoiler: show
Might add more to sample size in the future, and test to see what proc rate is like with ring/cape/body all on at the same time.
As a testing trick in the future, you can blow through this quickly using monsters with Blaze Spikes.
Oh, thanks. I just put on a few pieces of regen gear, voked 4 worms and afk'd for an hour for each test, so wasn't that hard either way.
Added 1600 casts to the cape data.
2107 casts with 122 procs = 5.8%

Some random testing on RNG/WAR, 100 STR 100 AGI, 102.6 TP, Tunnel Worm, Gandiva (103 DMG) + Antlion Arrow (41 DMG) and AF3+2 Pants (+1 True Shot), standing at 10 yalms.
With Terra's Staff
Refulgent Arrow 2266
Empyreal Arrow 1046
With Warp Cudgel
Refulgent Arrow 2452
Empyreal Arrow 1113
Took off AF3+2 legs for a Terra Staff Refulgent Arrow, 2223 damage. Overall, seems like True Shot does activate on weaponskills, and confirms that Fencer applies to ranged attacks if you single wield a weapon (I think this was tested somewhere but I couldn't find it.)
https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/Oneiros_Knife seems hands down the best for Gandiva RNG/WAR but you'll need arrabbiata to maintain a 5 hit build I think unless there's new gear I dunno about.
(Me vs. Ovni -- BLM99/SCH49, no MDB, MDT or PDT gear, Windsday)
Vitriolic Barrage did 100 dmg to me while using Primeval Brew.
Supposedly, Primeval Brew gives "Damage Taken -90%"
Damage Taken -90% --> 1000 * (1 - 0.9) = 100 dmg
Damage Taken -230/256 --> 1000 * (1 - 230/256) = 101.5625
Damage Taken -231/256 --> 1000 * (1 - 231/256) = 97.65625
Edit:
Bleh, re-watching the video of the fight, I had cast Shell II by accident, so this might not be correct.
I'd also cast Bio II trying to feed TP to Ovni and to determine his magic defence...
I went back on RDM99/BLM49 -- so MDB = 1.14 (or 14 MDB), and this time definitely without any Shell...
Vitriolic Barrage did 96 dmg to me while using Primeval Brew...
Although it was Lightningsday this time, and again I had cast Bio (Bio 1 Bio III) to feed him TP...
Edit: I also had Phalanx (-32 dmg) effect too...
I'll try and get some cleaner results :/
Edit:
Ok, I went back again as BLM99/SCH49, no MDB, MDT, or PDT, Lightsday, ...and definitely no Shell or Bio
The only buffs I had were Primeval Brew, Aquaveil and Dark Arts, no Cruor buffs or atmas.
The only gear I had was a Mythic Club, to feed Ovni with.
Vitriolic Barrage did 100 dmg.
Next I tried to see, ridiculous as it sounds, if Bio II may have affected the damage...
Vitriolic Barrage did 100 dmg while Ovni was under the effects of Bio II...
Next I equiped a Dalmatica +1 to see if 6 MDB would make a difference.
Brew wore off before he used Vitriolic Barrage a third time, but it did 1000 dmg anyway...
So it looks like somehow Lightningsday caused the damage to drop from 100 to 96 dmg on my RDM test...
I don't know how it could cause that result though... ?
Vitrolic Barrage is supposedly Water damage, perhaps a day penalty proc?
That's what I thought originally, but day penalty in magic damage calculation normally gives -10%...
I think I've finally realised the why the 96 damage result occurred.
There were two reasons why I had switched to RDM, the first reason was for job trait MDB, but I had forgotten the second reason...
I was also going to test how Phalanx works with Primeval Brew and Vitriolic Barrage.
However, after getting that 96 damage result, I then tried to calculate MDB=1.14 into it, and at the time the logical conclusion I had was that the original test I did on BLM must have been dodgy.
So I went back and re-watched the video of the original test and then started questioning stuff like Shell, and even Bio lol...
Eventually (just now) I re-watched the video of the RDM test, and I've realised that I had actually cast Phalanx TWICE during the fight...
So, RDM99 with 420 Enhancing Skill = -32 dmg Phalanx.
Now iirc Phalanx is normally calculated after PDT-% so this is still pretty interesting...
Brew's "Damage Taken -90%" > Phalanx = 1000 * (1 - 0.9) - 32 = 68
Phalanx > Brew's "Damage Taken -90%" = (1000 - 32) * (1 - 0.9) = 96.8
Maybe my memory isn't correct about Terra's Staff + Phalanx & 1000 Needles though, I was sure it was the other way around...
Normally phalanx is after pdt. But this could be a seperate brew specific kind of thing. Hell it might even be really weird and come after stoneskin lol
Since it reduces damage as an integer, I think it's likely to be another type of damage reduction. It wouldn't surprise me if it was the same term you find with Scherzo/Armor, which is also an integer reduction and caps at 90% damage taken total. (I think?) I'm not sure you'd be able to take 75k+ damage, so it's probably not even testable. (Maybe /w Damage Taken+ and ??? Needles /w Brew + Scherzo to see how much damage you take? But now we're getting into some ridiculous edge cases.)
I just tested Rubeus Jacket + Spats and Klimaform recast went from 180s to 171s. This suggests a 10% FC from the set bonus.
Edit: Not gonna complain about having extra haste, but you know. The effect is some rough 3-4% range. There's probably a more accurate answer, but that will have to wait.
Rubeus pants have Haste +3% on them.
This is more of a random question than a random fact... but when I was casting spells, charming the mob, and then checking TP, I was getting 5% per spell. Not 10%. Was there a change? Does charming a mob reduce the tp it has by 1/2? I tried looking this up on both wikis, but it seems like some kinda change? (I was naked as DRK/BST while doing this.)
