Just reread the preview from today.

Below is one of the new events in Season 2. What do you think the agent will incur here?

Pretty sure they will in fact be called Incursions.

Yeah I saw that earlier just had no idea what they were going to be.

New task gained item with PVP season 9. Shepherd's Staff can be researched once the task is complete which requires 125 gold nuggets(obtained by PVP victories) and five of two other items that are also PVP victory rewards or can be bought in store.

I think I'm suffering from Hickman Avengers fatigue where I'm like.. wait what the fuck is going on again? Maybe I should start trade waiting or just wait and read a bunch of singles in a row. It happened to me during his FF run as well when it feel like the model UN for the inhumans.

There is A LOT of characters and scenarios to keep up with between his 2 Avengers titles. Avengers is basically Ex Nihilo fucking up the earth in the grand set up of the multiverse. The giant life force that was jumping realities destroying Starbrand outposts I have no idea what it is.

New Avengers I am enjoying A LOT more. The stakes and consequences feel so much more dire. It's an unknown enemy that crashes 2 earths into each other to destroy their respective realities and to make the end of creation sooner. The interactions between the Illuminati is great and I am excited to see how the war between Wakanda and Atlantis will play out.

Wonder if Hickman plans to follow up on where Victor ended up at the conclusion of his FF run (most notably him toting multiple infinity gauntlets)

Doom with Infinity Gauntlet was resolved near the end of Hickman's Fantastic Four run. But yeah, great to see Hickman writing Doom again, I wanna see him join the Illuminati.

I think the entire multiverse being broken thing going on in both books gets confusing so hopefully that'll be cleared up in Infinity, but maybe that will just be a Thanos story pit stop.

Spock, a whole lot of nothing happened this issue. My guess is the Jackal blackmails JJJ after using the video from the spock-bots, clone hilarity ensues.

MAA: Images might have been photoshopped but they are floating around that Damion Hellstrom is the Spec Ops 11 reward with Satana coming from the lockboxes. Only surprised because I thought they would wait till around Halloween season again to go the demon route though I suppose Dr. Voodoo could fit there also.

Hatred of the character himself notwithstanding, the Deadpool game is actually pretty good. Gameplay itself is nothing special, but it's enough to keep you hooked for all the jokes and comic references.

Most of the references they're putting in are pretty up to date too, like Deadpool having been a member of UXF. Though it does have Cable in is X-Sanction look, which was ugh.
