Windows xp / vista 32bit install

Is there anywhere I could find a copy windows xp and/or vista 32bit install? I have my cd key but i cannot find the disks anywhere

I guess the thing is that I have not done that in a very long time nor do I know what software to use that is safe and also where to go that is safe. Which is why I was asking about just downloading the windows install. I don't really care where it comes from since the only reason i want a 32bit os is to be able to run dosbox to play colonization... lol.

EDIT: And yes I'd perfer Windows 7 but I only have keys to Vista or XP that are legit. But it comes from another source, then I guess it doesn't matter.

Yeah you can run dosbox on a 64bit os but you can't run colonization from what i've read.

Probably the wrong place to ask this but what programs are used to torrent that are safe? utorrent?
