Going back and watching it for the 300000000th time, I really like how Cell sounds pretty much 50/50 halfway between perfect and base with his voice, especially when he was talking with Goku. There's still a bit of rasp, especially when he's speaking maliciously and confident, while a lot of the perfect Cell haughtyness bleeds in when he sounds astonished or flummoxed.

Its been a real treat watching these guys and gals grow into such a talented bunch over the last few years. Hard work does pay off.
