Did the show outright say this? Thought Abu Nazir was behind that.

Nazir probably was behind it. But since Nazir was dead and his crew captured or killed (including that reporter lady) someone had to move Brody's car and set the explosive vest to blow up. And that guy (Dar Adal) just jumped to the top of the list. Then with Nazir dead and his plots completed, he decided to move onto a new plot with Haqqani.

Man, I need to rewatch the last few episodes of S2!

What the hell, what a terrible season ender. Are we being trolled? I couldn't believe how bad that was and how little it dealt with the main/relevant plot points of the season.

I listened to a 20 minutes rant from my mother yesterday about how bad this season ender was and she loves the show. I wasn't even interested in watching until I heard her raving about it so I picked it up around the 6th ep and it was good until the end. We really wondered if they had other plans but had to change things and rewrite it.
