Help with tera crash please

I have tried all kinds of forums but cant find help please everytime i log into my char it crashes so what happened was i went outside the desert town the lvl 29-30 ish one by the mine and everytime i go near the mine on any character it crashes before i even get close like 30 yards out of the town and then i cant log onto that character

Because servers are down. God ppl are such idiots. For your random question needs, stuff that is so random that doesn't require it's own thread, please seek out the "random question" thread on the front page of this forum section. If your too immature to find this thread, then do me a favor and just don't post

And btw. Use sentences and type in a way that doesn't make me want to send you back to preschool

How are servers down if he's mentioning how he crashes when he gets near the mines?
