    Claim?

    This might be a bit outdated for a thread, however I don't see it via search. The question is about claiming an NM. Say for example Party B wants NM A, which is claimed by party A. Party A dies several times losing claim to NM (NM goes white)... but hate is still on them for trying to zombie the mob. Is party B free to steal this NM when it goes white?

    Yes I've read the rules, I'm not an idiot, however this is one of those gray areas that a buddy and I were discussing the other night. (I'm also trying to build a "post" count so I can add links to things )

    Yes Yellow mob is free game.

    If that was the question. Some people will argue but most that do are the one that wipes a lot

    #2 there is not enough mob that weren't a claiming fight so just try to claim and laugh if they die

    That was indeed the question asked Ratatapa, thank you. Essentially I said it was fair game period, it's your own fault if your NM goes unclaimed. However, my buddy said it was only fair game if the entire party wiped.
    So, thanks for the re-assurance and the positive giggle I'll get in the future when people threaten me with GM calls.
