Oh it clicked to me that this game has garbage for music.
They need to add more character stuff and homages if they want this game to be a success. What we've seen certainly isn't enough. I don't know how long hit X character to use Super Sonic Saiyan mode to win the game will be fun.
I don't like how small the characters are compared to the way the camera just FLYS out.
everything about this game was obviously coded for 4 people and it needs more 1-on-1 focus, but it's a beta and SuperBot is working intently on the 1-on-1 functionality of the game now.
Theyre not actually aiming for a tournament crowd. If it works out then so be it, they're aiming "to make sure it's fun", if they have to choose between fun or competitive (personally I dont see why it has to be a mutually exclusive choice).
I'm so bad at this game. I wish there was some trial(s) to help you practice the specials and other stuff.

I assume AP is the super meter? Leaked chars are all meh to me aside from Raiden and Sir Daniel. Being able to get AP from stuff like taunts and crumpling opponents is a good idea though. If the game has settings that let you boost how fast AP is accumulated too I think this could turn out alright. Right now the pacing looks waaay too slow from the videos I've seen, and it doesn't look like you're rewarded enough for actually beating on people with combos. It feels like there's very little progression during the fight outside of actually getting a kill with a super, which seems like it can take a while if that beta video is anything to go by. Increased meter building speed with some back-and-forth meter building/draining between players would be a lot better imo.

It was earlier hinted that there would be 14 stages and 20 characters, so that may be the whole game.
It's definitely Evil Cole and not Nathan Hale (if this whole thing is legit), since there's a weird "Minions" list that has a minion for all 20 characters, and it has both Zeke (Good Cole) and Nix (Evil Cole). Seems like it has something to do with a game mode.
