Hell, some of the quests around Cutthroat Harbor/Mistmoor Island are annoying as fuck like that making you run back and forth between the town and an outpost some 3-5m away. Makes me wish they at least had teleporters at the OPs.
I dunno, I think most zone quests are tedious. Some just more so.
No more so then every other MMO I have played (most of them) really. The 1st time through I loved doing most of the zone quests (about 85%) but they become tedious after a certain amount of time/repeating leveling of alts.
I think one of the fun things of leveling is killing BAMs, because it keeps you focused and while requiring a shit load of time depending on class at least you don't just settle into autopilot
I don't really notice too much of a difference from zone quests and grinding an area in this game compared to single player RPGs. In both cases, you hit an area and kill stuff till you level all the while getting closer to the story objective until you get sent elsewhere. Only difference really is that you have the extra step of a NPC telling you to kill this instead of you just killing it because it was in your way/providing exp. Major downside to Tera with alt leveling is that you start from the same location every time but at the end of the day, you'd end up merging into the same quest line anyway.

On another note, if you never got the Close, But No Cigar achievement for Nexus before, you ain't going to get it now. Death Charger got hit with the 275 movement speed change now too anyway.

Updated OP. Gigantic update for today. (I've been gone a while so this was a huge surprise for me).
Interesting blips include:
-New Battleground: Corsair's Canyon
-A ton of dungeon changes across the board
-Enchantment success rate changed to match KTERA. The enchantment correction system is still intact. Weapon enchantment success rates are not affected. (whatever this means?)
-All open-world BAMs are now solo-able. (boo!)
-Added a back slot. These items will be available soon.
-Alliance Is Coming

Updated OP. Also, with only a few BG people playing Tera (or maybe just me) I've taken to just posting the direct link, rather than also posting the physical notes on in the OP. Saves me a bunch of time.
Updated patch notes for grins. 4 new dungeons. I've only had a chance to do 2 so far. Solo dungeon is boring as fuck till the last boss, which is cool but too easy. Lakan's Prison is pretty fun and I can see how a retarded group could lose on this, but we got a win pretty easy on first try. I'll see if I can get into the others this week and maybe record some if I have the time.
