    shamelessly reposting for this thread because its a pretty awesome video

    Warrior really just needs one more dodge. I don't know if they get something else past 40, but I currently have death from above and evasive roll and those two with their current cooldown just isn't enough. If the mob becomes enraged and starts spamming special moves you just can't dodge them all. Pretty happy hearing about the Ktera warrior tank changes, but no dodge cooldown may make War way less fun to play. Not sure how I feel about it.
    I am actually UNHAPPY hearing about the K-TERA tank changes because I'm sure that'll end up worse in the long run. You can already glyph down the CD on DFA and Evasive Roll is just fine. MOST attacks that BAMs/bosses tend to use can be avoided without using either anyway. If you position.

    If you think of the front of the mobs sorta like Wyms in XI, I kinda try to stay as if I wanted to be on its 'paw'.
    To clarify a bit, I try not to be directly in front of enemies if I can avoid it, it is generally not very difficult to essentially 'walk' out of the way of most moves when you are positioned like that. Also, Rising Fury moves you around a bit... pretty nice dodge move if used properly as it moves you slightly faster than your normal run speed.

    For pvp (as mentioned earlier)

    Lv60
    (lets pretend these are good at their class people) this is 1vs1 in a fair fight, not random gankings
    healers = mystic/priest

    Berserker -> healer classes, archer, maybe sorc, maybe warrior
    Slayer -> berserker, slayer, lancer, archer
    Lancer -> berserker , warrior , sorc, possibly healers, possibly archer
    archer -> healers, sorc
    sorc -> maybe berserker , slayer
    warrior -> slayer, healers, archer , sorc , maybe berserker
    healers -> maybe any

    most all of which, I've seen through my travels
    Note the strongest combo is a slayer+healer. if both are good, they can usually take on 5 people and win.

    Anyway in PVE terms... lv 60 of course! Each class has its advantages and disadvantages.
    overall, for the "best defensive" and best offense is berserker.
    Why? axe block. it can be used constantly, it has no cooldown, and it can be kept up when "alot of shit" is happening. The thunder strike charge time, gives you room to run out while charging avoiding potential "turn and cleave" attacks. The evasive roll gives you extra room to chase down/evade an attack when running up to not waste that thunder strike.

    It is probably the most forgiving in "self defense" and potentially the highest in melee damage ( attack power goes to near 40,000 with a +power gem, enrage mode and the attack buff and a lv60 epic axe). on a enraged mob with 3 +crit gems from the back this gives potential to crit toward 240,000-260,000 when the stars align and a near once in a lifetime miracle happens, and with axe block, if the boss decides to come rape your face.. just hold that block down...! (saved me so many times on lance boss, he spams his lance crazy fast, hits about 4-7K through a 20,000 damage absorb axe block)

    Wouldn't you say that is slightly bias lol?

    I'm not 60 yet, but everything he's described happens to a T with my zerker. Run in and out of melee range while charging mah TS lazer, fire it on the enemy's back, and if it crits and they turn to smack a bitch, they smack axe for 0 damage until the tank gets hate again.

    Easy peasy, and fun as hell.

    Had a warrior in a NT pug who didn't use any of his debuff moves, for half the instance, then only used traverse cut to stack up to 3 times, I told him he could stack up to 13 if he did it the right way and he just said "lol 13, yeah right".

    Lol, I love that move. Its too bad warrior doesn't have a prison shank and rusty spoon-knife as a joke weapon. I'd love to prison shank someone in PVP 13 times.

    maybe, but I seen plenty of slayers, archers, sorcs and warriors get kileld by some form of aoe or another due to the "length" of an attack, and or frequency of attacks that are aoe. For instance on hardmodes, monsters move at probably 400% speed (they basically run/teleport around, and attack at the same speed including their massive aoes).

    I'm with gulk on this one. At the very least, a slayer is gonna eat some aoe's til they learn the sweet spot to roll in, especially if they've:

    1) never seen it before
    2) and/or it has long animation with a specific "fuck you" moment

    Yeah, we can get the fuck out of dodge hella fast. But sometimes its all about holding the dodge or something will bite you on the ass after you've already used roll and that takes seeing it 1-2 times.
