There were people wondering if the new Hunter x Hunter series would get dark like the manga/the 1999 anime or stay censored like it has been at times.

Well, it got dark. I'm glad. Wasn't going to keep watching it if they censored a ton of stuff. And there's a ton of stuff that may have been censored in the Yorkshin arc.

Oh man just the episode I was waiting for on Hunter X hunter, where he fucks up the shadow beasts. A Lot more graphic you could say then the original airing for sure. The original tv airing hide the bit of face that was bitten off.

and oh god at abe takakazu... reminds me of a certain guy in ffxiv that went around leg humping people... right elcura!?

I don't get Natsuyuki Rendezvous. Am I supposed to like and root for Shimao? Why is Hazuki in this weird fairy tale shit and when is something going to happen? lol

I find myself really hating Shimao for being an annoying asshole (I get it...kinda, but it's still really annoying) and getting in the way constantly with Hazuki and Rokka. I wouldn't have minded if he just stayed a ghost, but now he's possessing the body I just...want this shit to end.

Animation/design was beautiful, I just pretty much hated everything else about it lol.

But if you're like me, then the animation should be enough to watch it for.
