i hope no one has to beat my record of 1/32 from +8 to +9, was my feet :/
wow, my luck really s alot better than everyone elses. i managed to go 6/8 all white on my t12 weapon then 3/5 from 7-9 on golds.
GDI vandole rofl ><
Both of those have the same chance for a white pass to +9, 1%. The cost benefit analysis changes though so depending on cost of sacrificial items it may be worth using a gold with 20% chance and not worth using a gold with 10% chance.
In response to gulkeeva, I think this project has tremendous value because you can easily figure out a formula to minimize cost of taking an item to +9 if we know what the odds of passing are for each item type at each level.

just did a set of tier 12 boots to +6, would have done more if i had the gold.
took 9 tries, used all whites.
btw, this is the worst time i've ever had getting +6.
I'll try to get all of these in there tomorrow. I know quite a few people using blues post-6 now. Please post those so I can start trying to get enough data to make some relevant guesses as to the %.

T12 Quietus Plate, from +6 to +7; fail five times, succeed on the sixth, using gold/superior fodder for all attempts.
Does anybody know how the base stats increase as a function of enchant level? There's a thread here that suggests 4.5% for blue items, but it doesn't say anything about oranges or greens.

A few I've done lately, I forgot to write down a few others (did some tier 11s and somehow didn't write down any of them, ugh) ^^; Mostly enchanting done with random stuff picked up while leveling

ok well so... after enchanting 12 different gold t11 things last night i have come to the conclusion we are gathering our statistics wrong.
white green blue gold is not what we need to be basing our success/failure rates around. the only thing that matters is ilevel versus the ilevel of the item you are trying to enchant...
for example the ilevel of t11 body lets say. for whites there is ilevel 105, 107, 109, 111, 113, 117, 119, even 121 (they were as expensive as blues and golds, i wonder if those 121 whites were crafted?) i took over 100+ whites of the trashiest of trash ilevel of 105, and attempted to +6 a +5 body armor, and could not do it in 100+ attempts. i did this for 3 different enigmatic t11 pieces before looking closer at it. as soon as i started buying higher ilevel whites, my success rate went considerably higher (oh god eyeballing) by about probably 2/3s. i am going to write down everything i do next round i do this, but please keep this in mind when you enchant your gear. also anyone wanna buy a bunch of t11 +6 gear? >.>
white ilevel for t11 bodies - 105, 107, 109, 111, 113, 117, 119, 121
green ilevel for t11 bodies - 109 to 123
blue ilevel for t11 bodies - 117 to 127
gold ilevel for t11 bodies - 117 to 129 (enigmatic gear enchants higher than 129 ilevel)
to test this for next round im going farm up some more enigmatics, then enchant them to +6 using only 105 ilevel gear.... 4-5 times or so, then repeat the process using 119+ ilevel gear. ill need time to farm up this shit though
