So theyre picking up One Piece in season 4, and the big three all play in a row. It'll be interesting to see how well received one piece is in the line up. Kind of wishing they did a similar thing with naruto instead of starting from the very beginning, as well.

Well the problem with Naruto is that they only have access to the stuff before the time skip, as I believe that Disney XD still has the rights to the after time skip stuff. So I mean they could skip like the first arch and go right to Chunin Exam, but there isn't really much of a point when they only have about what 143 good eps before filler.

How far ahead is that from when One Piece ended it's original run on CN a few years ago? All I remember was something about a bunch of floating islands.

Kinda sucks they have to start that far. Some of the earlier episodes were pretty good from what I remember.

It was pretty mediocre, from what little I could stomach of it (and even less what I remember of it); well, it could be worse.. like Muv-Luv. Regardless, i'm sure there's an audience for it.

There are much worse shows that they cold be doing, and the first arc is decent at least. And for all the terrible story in the second arc it at least has some good action scenes.

Yeah, it'll do fine. Will probably be in the 1:30 or 2:00 slot, but it's a lot better than stuff like Tenchi.

SE seems to finish around then, so probably the 130 frame. From the reviews I've heard though, this will be lame.

I keep seeing this, but I don't understand. Unless it's about how the in game end part of the arc, there's nothing that I can objectively say is bad. Every reason I've seen given was because people were making incorrect assumptions, or just plain being stupid. Overall I don't understand the hate it gets. From the way 4chan handles it I thought it was pretty much trolls and haters gonna hate, equivocating them to people who think evangelion is too deep and therefore shit.

I'm hoping the dub isn't total shit. Asuna seemed to have a decent VA, but Kiroto's was so bad in the trailer I was laughing out loud. The only other decent VAing I heard in the dub trailer was from a guy who gets killed off in like the second episode.

I'm hoping the exposure the dub gets is good enough that they officially translate the LNs into english. Although if I continue my moon studies I might as well forgo the english versions of stuff I want to support.
