It's currently impossible, there are I think 3 achievements that cannot be completed because they just cannot be done due to glitch.

Probably related to rare/champ mobs being unable to spawn. Maybe even uniques.

Yeah there are a couple that don't spawn for whatever reason. I have a friend that has everything except for that right now.

Not a big accomplishment by any means but I broke 100k DPS unbuffed today on my Monk, which was kind of like a little personal goal of mine. Got Paragon level 20 like two days ago also, and am starting to like how my Monk is looking gear wise.

I made my first infernal machine lastnight, not going in until Ive geared up abit more.

edit: hm, looking at your gear. I havent played d3 since it came out, is it out of style to go with LoH and just use lifeleach or something?

Yeah once you hit a certain DPS point (don't remember what it is) the life steal becomes better and since gear has become so much better than it was back in the day Life Steal is basically the new Life on Hit.

Life steal gets nerfed 80% of its listed number in hell, so if 20% of your damage ever breaks LoH on a given slot, you can look into swapping it out. So, 3% LS with 50k DPS would recover 300 HP. Though, I'd be more inclined to consider LS based off your non-crit damage, or subtract some based on your crit rate so you don't swap out from LoH too early if you get a bad streak of no-crits fighting whatever.

There is also difference on the procs.

I don't remember the detail since I am a DH and i only got life steal with my ability, nothing on EQ.
But I recall my monk/bar friends saying that loh procs on physical hits, while life steal can proc on additional effects, like those tornado and thunder thing from ability.

so overall, it is more effective to use life steal with the popular damage builds.

I want to say they proc on both, but LoH will most likely be more effectively for those secondary hits because they're less likely to hit harder than the primary attack. Such abilities are limited in how often they'll hit, though, with Blizz tending to refer to them as proc coefficients.

LOH only procs on your hits, not SW or tornadoes from SW. Wiz and Barb tornadoes do proc both though. So dumb, cause reflect procs from SW and the tornadoes.

I made a radiant today; finally caved and bought some tomes to round out the emeralds. 3 more achievements to go and they're all zzz (1/4 radiants, 50/100mil gold pickup, 75/82 uniques)

and i've kinda hit the wall on the A Unique Collection. They are maddening to hunt for at this point, but I'm down to 7 and I guess that's how this close.
