Our Holiday Rush is grander than Japan's I assume.

Also not sure how I feel about the dual-SKU though, with the storage being permanent if it's just NAND storage.

[EDIT] So TVii is just the same shit we already have on 360/PS3. Was expecting something different, like hooking up your actual TV cable/Satellite to it or something, which is something that should have happened already on existing consoles.

Can probably blame Canada for that though. Where the fuck is our Hulu equivalent? I want to be able to stream Red Green whenever the fuck I want.
We're really behind on anything stream-related compared to the US. Probably doesn't help that a fuckton of ISPs have outrageously low bandwidth plans.

Seems TVii has some of the functionality that one thing Microsoft showed off last E3 for tablets/smart-phones will have.

Being able to favorite across different apps and being able to watch instantly from the pad is going to be a huge plus if it works well. Loads times are horrendous on Xbox for swapping between HBO Go and Netflix.

Took and early lunch and went to Gamestop expecting to be late to the party and I was the first person to get there and preorder. Hurray for having it on launch day!
