Unless you're coming from Chicago/Detroit (due west heading east), its about the same distance, so why wouldn't you just go see Penguins-Capitals/Flyers/Rangers and actually see 2 GOOD teams play??

I want to see the Kings play live at least once as the defending champs.

Thinking I might go see the Bolts play if they're in town on my birthday. Would be a birthday miracle if the Pens were also here, but I'm just not that lucky. I will settle for my second team.

Fuck dude; just drive an extra few hours and go watch the Kings play in Nashville if they get scheduled there. Nashville is about 10 trillion times better than Columbus. Anywhere is better than Columbus. I would do DET or STL before Columbus by a long shot. STL is a better city and the Joe Louis is an experience.

4 more hours to see one of the best cities in the country? Worth it imo. Remember I drove 8,000 miles around the US in 4 months last year; I saw a lot of places. Nashville is still the shit.
