Twentieth Century Fox has debuted the international trailer for director Olivier Megaton's Taken 2, opening in theaters on October 5 and starring Liam Neeson, Maggie Grace, Famke Janssen, Rade Sherbedgia and Luke Grimes.

Neeson returns as Bryan Mills, the retired CIA agent with a particular set of skills who stopped at nothing to save his daughter Kim from Albanian kidnappers. When the father of one of the kidnappers swears revenge and takes Bryan and his wife hostage during their family vacation in Istanbul, Bryan enlists Kim to help them escape, and uses the same advanced level of special forces tactics to get his family to safety and systematically take out the kidnappers one by one.

Looks pretty awesome, just to see Liam Neeson killing people over and over again. I liked the first one enough to go see this even if it does flop.

Hope it has a passable ending this time. The first ones ending was god awful / sudden. For the love of god I couldn't stand the mother in it. Other then that first one was a enjoyable popcorn flick.

oooo just reread it hopefully the mother does get slaped around and or killed.

Meh, the plot at least makes sense. It's classic (read: overdone), but I wouldn't go so far as to say it's retarded.

Holy shit yes! I still call Taken the Documentary on why you don't fuck with Liam Neeson. And I can't wait to see that bitch who played the Mom get slapped around. I've never liked the Actress in anything she was in. She's always played that bitch Character and seeing the rape of Jean Grey, my hatred for her reached it's maximum.
