New York Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire will miss at least the first six weeks of the season after re-injuring his surgically repaired left knee, according to league sources.

It's just like MyCareer in 2K13, everybody is getting injured/out at the start of the season. My player is with the Warriors and damn Klay is out 6-8 weeks with a broken ankle. Other notable injured players are LeBron and Anthony Davis, lol.

They still gotta fix a lot of stuff too. My biggest gripe at the moment is CPU offensive rebound is off the charts. I have max hands, vertical, offensive and defensive rebound plus scrapper signature as an athletic center, and many a time I would box out the CPU, be in perfect position and the ball would fall into their hands. That and not having play overlays.

I'm happy the season is starting, but there are a ton of players not playing at the start of the season.
    No:
    Dirk
    Rose
    Love
    Manu
    Amare
    Wall
    Kobe
    Rubio
    Kamen
And that is just off the top of my head.

The Denver Nuggets have reached terms on a contract extension with point guard Ty Lawson.

Lawson tweeted Tuesday that the deal is done after month-long negotiations, announcing to his followers that he'll be a Nugget "for another four years" and thanking Denver management for the extension.

The deal, which will take effect starting next season, is worth $48 million over four years, a league source told ESPN The Magazine's Chris Broussard.

First-round picks from the 2009 NBA draft were facing a Wednesday midnight deadline to secure a contract extension. In most cases, those who don't will become restricted free agents in July.

The Nuggets now have Lawson, center JaVale McGee and forwards Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler signed to long-term deals.
also, some1 really needs to start the reg. season thread seeing as the season starts in less than 3 hours
