Synopsis:

Disney’s fantastical adventure “Oz The Great and Powerful,” imagines the origins of L. Frank Baum’s beloved character, the Wizard of Oz. When Oscar Diggs, a small-time circus magician with dubious ethics, is hurled away from dusty Kansas to the vibrant Land of Oz, he thinks he’s hit the jackpot—fame and fortune are his for the taking—that is until he meets three witches, Theodora, Evanora, and Glinda, who are not convinced he is the great wizard everyone’s been expecting. Wasn't there at some point talk, of turning all the Oz books into movies, and it was something of like 9 books/films? Or am I remembering wrong? Either way, I'm interested in this as it could be kinda cool.

On the one hand, that would be really cool. On the other, Return to Oz used to scare the shit out of me, idk if I want to relive a scary childhood!

I am intrigued as well. I hope this will turn out well. Needs Bruce in there somewhere, however.
