No it's an or. I just tested it yesterday and confirmed it a few posts up. Also chat will beat magian with weather if you using +affinity atmas (maybe atmacite too not sure)

No, atmacite are too impotent. You need about 40 affinity before prism staff is superior.

Copypasta of evidence that they can be superior from somewhere else, just in case there's for some reason doubt, because I cba to do it again

In this scenario it comes to effectively:

1.4 * 1.15 * 1.6 = 2.576

vs.

1.3 * 1.95 = 2.535



OR



1.3 * 1.15 * 1.6 = 2.392

1.2 * 1.95 = 2.34

Yeah I was on phone so couldn't really do the math to figure the breaking point (especially if I wanted to count pesky int which means figuring it out for specific spells). Of course that also depends on if you have day to as that will lower chat's advantage. I'm waiting for someone to get mab on theres thought (or for prices to come down so I can augment more myself)
