Krillin and Yamcha were only dead for like a few hours tops lol.
Buu killed everyone > Fought Goten > Fought Gohan > Fought Vegetto > Blows up Earth > fights on Supreme kais planet (and everyone gets wished back)

How is Krillin stronger then Tien? Dude has a shit load of moments where he flat out shines throughout the whole series while Krillin gets killed for the upteenth time.
I can't remember if anyone else had their potential unlocked, but was Krillin the only human who did? That for me was the defining thing for considering him the strongest human, since Krillin did many of the things Tien did training wise, but he was the only one to actually go to Namek.
Would make sense if not for the fact that there were like 300 episodes after that which made Namek training pretty irrelevant.
Tien was able to hold off Cell's second form. He was able to hit Buu after he absorbed Gohan. Krillin, while awesome up until Super Saiyans showed up, did nothing but got his shit pushed in after that.
Tiens last power reading he was at 1.880 last krillin reading he had over 70,000 (last reading happened in the namek saga)
It's simply proof that Krillin obtained something that no other human has, and if he had been keeping up with his training, of which Tien did nothing notable (maybe some hyperbolic time chamber stuff? idk) that would make him a candidate for the strongest human.
If you're talking accomplishments of each character, I don't remember enough about DBZ to tout Krillin's worth (except he's always in the right place at the wrong time, while Tien is just usually late), but nothing you said suggests Tien is stronger just because Krillin fought most of those opponents as well.
Consistently doing worse against the same opponents doesn't mean anything?
Ok, how about, after Cell, Krillin stopped training. While as far as we know Tien continued to train for the next 7? years.
Doesn't necessarily mean his potential was the highest and that the other's potentials couldn't be reached on their own, through hard work/training. I mean it's their potential for a reason, they should be able to reach it at some point.
and apparently it doesn't unlock your full potential anyways, since Gohan still had so much more potential to be unlocked by elder kai, if it were all unlocked by Guru, then there shouldn't have been any potential left to unlock.
Krillin and Tien perform about the same against all opponents. They both failed against Super Buu while trying to protect people, so even if Krillin not training was the case, he still did about as well as Tien did despite that. Wouldn't that imply that Krillin was stronger (not only that, but much stronger)? Even if Tien held off for longer against Super Buu, Krillin was still the one to fight Kid Buu and do so at even a greater risk.
All in all, I'd say it was about even but there's no definitive proof either way.
Krillin fought kid buu? Was it a filler scene or something? Never happens in the manga so I can't remember. Gohan absorbed buu was also the strongest, so in no way is fighting kid buu for a shorter amount of time somehow making them equal, and absolutely not making krillin stronger.
Again, if Krillin is stronger, thats cool, but no evidence points to that, and they never flat out stated it like some people here are claiming.
Kirllin got petrified by Dabura
His strongest was Super Buu after Gohan (but Tien never fought that iirc), but that was not his most ruthless. Fighting Kid Buu is more dangerous and risky precisely because Kid Buu is not that intelligent or cocky (beyond the usual at least) and wouldn't hold back for any reason.
Hmm, you're right about that. Tien only went up against Gotenks absorbed buu. My mistake.
Tien was obviously stronger than Krillin when the cell saga ended. There's no contesting that. After that Krillin settled down. He stopped shaving his hair, so he can't be the greatest martial artist!
They both did about the same against Buu because Buu was just that much stronger than them. The difference between 5000 and 10000 seems small when you compare them both against 200000. (Arbitrary numbers.)
they both trained til the end of the cell games tiens power comes from his Ki moves actually reducing his life force and not only Ki stocks, Krillin could have been the most bad ass if his Destructo disk hit the mark!
Krillin's destructo disk was completely useless by the end of the Cell games. Didn't he hit Cell right in the back of the neck with it and it didn't do shit?
EDIT: Yup.
Even if he decapitated Cell, that wouldn't have meant shit anyway.
Kirllin did shit in DBZ
Radditz : He wasn't there
Sayains : iirc he never fought he just checked on Gohan (or he did fight Vegeta a lil)
Namek : got owned by frieza
Androids Was suppose to destroy #18 but choked
Cell, that disk failure + getting owned by mini cells.
Buu didnt do shit either
At least tien fought some Saibaman iirc
and imo the only good kirllin moment in DBZ (or one of the few)
