My entire experience in Day Z was through RhinoCrunch videos, I approve of this :D
Valve offers full refunds: http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/the-war-z/1226985p1.html
Valve: From time to time a mistake can be made and one was made by prematurely issuing a copy of War Z for sale via Steam. We apologize for this and have temporary removed the sale offering of the title until we have time to work with the developer and have confidence in a new build. Those who purchased the game and wish to continue playing it via Steam may do so. Those who purchased the title via Steam and are unhappy with what they received may seek a refund by creating a ticket at our support site here: https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php
Again, we apologize any inconvenience.
Impressive really, in my experience Steam is amazingly stingy about refunds. The fact that they're willing to do a mass refund shows that Gabe Newell is getting into the Christmas spirit!
Haha, got to love Hammerpoint. They changed the EULA, emphasis on:
ONCE YOU AGREE TO THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE GAME (THE “EULA”) AND SERVICE FOR THE GAME COMMENCES, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND FOR ANY AMOUNTS OR OTHER CONSIDERATION PAID BY YOU FOR THE USE (OR FUTURE USE) OF THE GAME CLIENT OR THE SERVICE.
Wow, they released a patch that made the HORRIBLY RETARDED LONG RESPAWN of 1 hour 4 hours instead, and made it possible to buy instant respawn for 40 cents. You can also only buy the in game currency for $5 blocks, so.
Holy shit, it just keeps getting better and better, LOLOLOL
These guys, lol.
They are getting sued. It's only a matter of time. This is blatant fraud.
And, even better, the guy essentially admitted to baiting-and-switching using a shit-ton of "coach speak" and PR jargon bullshit. I can't wait to see how this turns out, especially with Valve essentially wringing their hands clean of the mess.

So apparently war Z stole images from the walking dead in their art work as well. Will it ever end? I HOPE NOT! This is so juicy :Q
These bitches need to go down. How they've managed to get away with this shit is beyond belief.
if no one else is going to go after them I FUCKING WILL. I already have a pretty good attorney
We got a badass over here
This is awesome. It reminds me of the PR shit that IW tried to do with MW2.
Hopefully with this companies realize they can't just trick people into buying shit that sucks absolute shit.
They were still selling this game at the Gamestop I went to today. I'll probably head back tomorrow and say something about the game being pulled. It was some special edition, too. Pioneer or something? Cost $50, lol.
I figured they'd have learned something from Funcom's handling of Age of Conan, but I suppose as each new generation of suckers enters the spending market, shady cesspool companies will keep churning out rushed shit to exploit (initially; like for the first goddamn week or so, before their reps are once again ruined).
The lol's don't stop there. Warz's trademark was suspended due to similarities with world war Z.

oh when will it stop delivering? when will it stop?! lol
Wow
For someone that works with DMCA, Copyrights, and other legal schlock, this is absolutely comical. There's a mountain of shit on them that will make 2013 hilarious.
